We are looking for a committed and experienced Senior Consultant for construction and real estate projects (f/m/d) to strengthen our team in MUNICH at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your tasks

  • Project management: independent management and control of complex real estate projects with technical and professional responsibility for new construction, modernisation, change of use and maintenance. 
  • Owner / client representation: assumption of external owner / client representation and technical project management in major construction projects. 
  • Service profiles and contracts: preparation and coordination of service profiles and specifications, and contract terms. 
  • Stakeholder management: fulfilment of project-related representation duties and effective stakeholder management. 
  • Target and success control: definition and control of project goals and success parameters. 
  • Coordination: management and coordination of internal and external partners and all project participants. 

Your profile 

  • Education: degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Property Management or a comparable course of study. 
  • Experience: several years of professional experience in process planning, construction planning / supervision or project management. 
  • Expertise: sound understanding of structural engineering and architectural issues, building cost calculation and award procedures. 
  • Soft skills: committed, a team player, open-minded and reliable. Analytical and precise way of working. 
  • Language skills: very good understanding of German (min. C1) and good written and spoken English. 
  • Technical skills: very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with industry-typical software (cost controlling, scheduling).
