Senior Consultant (f/m/d) Project Management & Client Representation in Düsseldorf
To strengthen our team in DÜSSELDORF, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Consultant for Project Management & Client Representation (f/m/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
- Project Management: You will independently lead and manage complex real estate projects and assume technical and professional responsibility for new construction, modernization, change-of-use, and renovation projects.
- Client Representation: You will serve as the external technical representative for the client and advocate for our clients’ interests throughout the project.
- Contracts & Procurement: You will prepare scope of work documents, specifications, and contract terms and coordinate these with project stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: You will confidently represent our clients’ interests in dealings with designers, government agencies, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Goal and Performance Monitoring: Together with our clients, you define and manage project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and organization.
- Coordination: You manage and coordinate internal and external partners as well as other project stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience in project management/project oversight, construction planning, or construction supervision for building construction projects.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of structural and architectural matters, as well as cost, schedule, and quality management, and the execution of procurement processes.
- Personality: You interact with clients, designers, and contractors in a confident and professional manner, can reconcile differing interests, and maintain a clear overview even in challenging project situations.
- Work Style: You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner, take on responsibility, and value collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
- Language Skills: Very good German language skills (min. C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Very good IT skills (MS Office) and experience with industry-specific software (cost control, scheduling).
