To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a dedicated Office Manager / Project Assistant (f/m/d) to support our team in construction and real estate consulting as soon as possible.
The position is a particularly good fit for you if you already have experience in team or project assistance, enjoy organizing and enjoy supporting a team in construction and real estate projects in a structured way.

Your tasks:
- Office Management & Site Organization: Organization of everyday office life, coordination of orders and service providers as well as support in the preparation of meetings and appointments.
- Project assistance: Administrative support of consultants in the planning, coordination and documentation of construction and real estate projects.
- Appointment management & communication: Coordination of internal appointments, overview of deadlines and central interface for internal and external contacts.
- Document & Presentation Management: Structured filing as well as support in the creation of presentations, minutes and project documents.
- Team support: Organizational talent and hands-on mentality in day-to-day business as well as support of the team in administrative tasks.
Your profile:
- Education: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Initial professional experience in project assistance, team assistance or office management is an advantage.
- Technical: Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Way of working: Structured, reliable and independent way of working, even with parallel tasks.
- Soft skills: Able to work in a team, communicative, proactive and with a friendly demeanor.
