We are looking for a committed and experienced Project Assistant and real estate projects (f/m/d) to strengthen our team in BERLIN at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your tasks:

  • Administrative Support & Organization: Support of consultants in planning, coordinating and documenting project-related tasks.
  • Appointment management & communication: Coordination of internal appointments, overview of deadlines and central interface for internal and external communication.
  • Document & Presentation Management: Structured filing, preparation of documents and collaboration on presentations, minutes and overviews.
  • Team support: With your hands-on mentality, you support the team in day-to-day business, take responsibility and have your colleagues' backs.

Your profile:

  • Education: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in project assistance or team assistance is an advantage.
  • Technical: Confident handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Way of working: Structured, reliable and independent way of working, even with parallel tasks. Soft skills: Able to work in a team, communicative, proactive and with a friendly demeanor.
