To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated consultant for construction and real estate projects (f/m/d) with a focus on technical due diligence to start as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities
- Technical Due Diligence & Transaction Advisory: Conducting technical due diligence, property inspections, reviewing electronic data rooms, and preparing cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects. Preparing real estate transactions with risk analyses. Contact Person for the client in real estate purchase and sale transactions.
- ESG Due Diligence & Sustainability Consulting: Analysis of real estate sustainability performance in accordance with ESG and CRREM criteria, assessment of EU taxonomy compliance, and identification of opportunities for optimization. Application and validation of sustainability criteria on behalf of the client.
- Feasibility Studies & Project Analyses: Conducting feasibility studies and project analyses, as well as economic viability assessments.
- Project Monitoring and Controlling: Monitoring cost, schedule, and quality parameters in project developments.
- Coordination & Management: Managing internal and external project stakeholders and ensuring quality throughout all project phases.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, real estate management, or a comparable field of study.
- Experience: Initial practical experience in construction and real estate consulting, project management, building condition assessments, or technical due diligence is a plus.
- Expertise: Knowledge of structural engineering, basic knowledge of building systems, real estate valuation, sustainability, and transaction processes.
- Soft Skills: Dedicated, a team player, open-minded, and reliable. Analytical, solution-oriented, and precise work style.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both German (min. C1) and English.
- Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with industry-specific software (scheduling, cost tracking, and defect management) are a plus.
