Elementum Muenchen Aussenansciht

In 2018, a fund managed by Credit Suisse purchased the Postbankquartier in Munich, occupying a prime location next to the central railway station with a total area of around 40,000 sq m. After completion of the acquisition, BOHNZIRLEWAGEN was initially instructed to co-ordinate and manage the preparation of a planning appraisal.

Office and retail property
Leipziger Platz Berlin

Büro und Geschäftshaus Leipziger Platz Berlin Aussenansicht

The developer intends to construct an office and retail building on the last undeveloped site on Potsdamer Platz/Leipziger Platz. The central challenges of this project are the overbuild of the S-Bahn railway lines and long-distance railway tunnel whilst these are in operation, and a clarification of the foundation conditions at the historic location given the date of construction.

Company headquarters Munich

Baywa Muenchen Aussenansicht

The company headquarters of globally active agricultural concern BayWa AG in the Arabellapark in Munich-Bogenhausen was originally constructed in the 1970s. In 2012, BayWa AG decided to extensively revitalise the building and to bring it up to the latest technical standards. At the same time, it was intended to identify and utilise any on-site building land reserves under planning law in consultation with the City of Munich.
