Your path to us

Naturally, we follow a structured application process:

1. Interview
Person and culture

In an initial online interview, we take the opportunity to introduce ourselves as a company and to get to know you as a person and your motivation. We also advise you of the outline conditions of the vacancy.

2. Job interview
Skills and expertise

In a second personal interview, the specialist requirements of the vacancy are discussed in more detail. We both make a professional, personal and cultural evaluation.

3. Permanent position

At a third meeting, the contractual framework is jointly determined and areas of responsibility and aspirations are defined. The contract is then sent by post shortly thereafter.

4. Onboarding

Then you take on your new work challenge at BOHNZIRLEWAGEN. You will be familiarised with your new areas of work right from the start with a detailed onboarding programme and a mentor.
